This is my prayer to release anxiety, worry, fear, limiting beliefs, unhealthy societal and religious programming.... May you be blessed by this any time it may be healing for you.
I call out all fear, anxiety, dogma, false doctrine, and limiting programming I have received that has, at some point in my life, infiltrated every cell of my human being.
I call out all fear disguised as God, condemnation disguised as righteousness, and judgment disguised as discernment or concern.
I ask God and my angels to bring forward from the shadows into the light, from my subconsciousness into my conscious thoughts, any space within me where this energy has taken root, still exists, or may be lurking.
I ask God and my angels to support me as I courageously acknowledge and feel all the ways this constrictive and controlling energy has affected me and those whom I love.
On behalf of myself, those who go before me, and those who come after me, I will no longer coddle, condone, justify, or pretend this energy has harmless effects. I rebuke this spirit of fear and release any control it has ever had on my life.
I forgive myself and others for being a conduit for the spirit of fear. I forgive myself and others for the effects this energy has had on me, my family, my community, my country, and our world.
I will repeat as often as necessary.
I open my heart again and return to God, to Love -
The true source from which I came,
Remain in,
And will return to.
And so it is. Amen.
